1 Extreme gaining of weight
Many people will suddenly put on a lot of weight at some point in their lives, whether or not their daily diet Is right or wrong. In men and women, the under or overproduction of serotonin hormones can be the start of menopause that causes hot flushes. So when you are trying to sleep at night, the hot flushes tend to cause night sweating. And your sleep becomes extremely uncomfortable.

If your digestion system is giving you problems such as cramps or strange bowel movements, your body could be going through menopause. Your gastrointestinal system has three hormones know simply as CCK (Gastrin, Secretin, and Cholecystokinin) which are important because they help your body break down all the food you eat into small enough molecules that your bloodstream can absorb as easy as possible.
8 Craving all sugar
When you have a hormone imbalance, especially when your thyroid is underactive, you begin to crave sugar, whether it is chocolates or sweeties or even an extra few spoonfuls in your coffee.
9 Losing your hair
DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) is considered the main reason a person experiences hair loss. Women have enough testosterone in their bodies to be affected by DHT and lose a lot of hair. So it is becoming more and more important for you to see your doctor to make sure your body is taken care of.
